Summer on the farm, for sweet babies

The second I heard that there was a parcel waiting for me at the local General Store, I was out the door like grease lightning. 'Yes!' I yelled in the middle of the shop upon realising that the package contained what I'd been holding my breath for, my first look at my new range of baby clothes for Target. I couldn't wait, nor could everyone around me, I ripped open the Express Post Pack to see the little clothes within and there was an all round 'oooooh, gorgeous' from everyone around me. That was all I needed to know, we'd achieved our goal. If your like me and the sight of beautiful baby clothes makes you melt and utter an 'oooh gorgeous'? I think you'll love what we've created here.

So, let me quickly tell you about this range. I adore blue for girls (no stereotyping for our little cherubs) ruffles, details, smocking and pretty much all that my Mum dressed her 3 daughters in. There is a little T-Shirt with the words 'I love you so' written delicately across the front. It's a little heartsong that I feel as I look at my own boys, but I spotted this on a vintage card many years ago in Paris and have kept it quietly, to be used for you someday. I hope you like that sentiment.

Of course my Husband insists all clothes must be practical, so we've kept him happy there and some Mums at school requested 'more denim please'. It's pretty darn forgiving and I've just made sure that we amped up the 'sweet' quotient.

Designing for boys is always a fun, walk in the park for me as I just return to all the things my 2 boys loved. Theres something for Christmas parties, pieces to rip on and off (who are we kidding, that's what we do when wrangling our babies), checked shirts to tie in with our beloved farm and I just love the subtle green and blue colour combo. Something new for me was introducing our little Scottie dog. I've always thought we should honour Australian sheepdogs, but this little guy is so cute and his 'welcome to the farm' seems so heartfelt. Feel free to name him for me. Oh and I've made sure there are denim overalls in the range, gotta have the overalls. These combine all I love, they're practical, go with anything, easy to pull on and off (love those press studs) and hopefully the style can be passed down through the years.

We labour over the tiny details with my range. From the reverse lining, the buttons, the easy washing care, right through to the personalised card that I love to include on each garment so you can make any of the items an instant gift, imbued with love and luck.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the range, please feel free to share them with me here or on social media and most importantly I wish all the best for you and your family.
